SUB-INTERNSHIP INFORMATION
Our Sub-I rotations are reserved for 4th year U.S. medical students planning to practice family medicine who would like an opportunity to get to know our program better. Learners will spend time with resident team members on our in-patient service, and at a once weekly session seeing patients in our Family Medicine Center.
Once your application is received and approved we will tentatively schedule you for a rotation, however our sponsoring hospital requires a Teaching Practitioner Agreement between your Medical School and our hospital/program. Our Residency Administrator will assist you with the process of obtaining the documentation needed from your Medical School.
Sub-I rotations at Rose are scheduled for consecutive four-week blocks throughout the academic year. Our academic year begins July 1 and ends the following June 30. If you would like to apply for a Sub-Internship rotation please complete and return the application (select link below) or contact our program administrator at Pamela.Sullivan@HealthONEcares.com
